Stoltenberg: NATO will not participate in the war in Ukraine
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg rounded off his two-day meeting with the defense alliance's foreign ministers by calling on member states to immediately send more aid to Ukraine, The Guardian reports.
At the same time, Stoltenberg underlined that NATO "is not and will not be part of the conflict in Ukraine".
- We have no plans to have NATO combat troops inside Ukraine, there has been no request for that, he said according to Reuters.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, who also attended the meeting, told reporters in Brussels that the foreign ministers agreed to identify more air defense systems in their arsenals and deliver them to Ukraine.

Macron: Russia will attack the Paris Olympics
Russia will "without a doubt" attack the Olympics in Paris this summer, says French President Emmanuel Macron according to Sky News.
The president says that disinformation attacks are expected, among other things. It is unclear whether he means that Russia will also resort to physical attack.
The statement comes a day after the first conversation between the defense ministers of Russia and France in a long time after the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. According to France, Russia should have stated that it "hopes" that France was not involved in the attack on the concert venue in Moscow in March.
- It was both baroque and threatening, which is nothing new. In other words, it is ridiculous, Macron said.

Russia: Dialogue with NATO at "critical zero level"
The relationship between Russia and NATO has continued to deteriorate and the dialogue between the parties is now down to a "critical zero level". This is what Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko says in an interview with the state-controlled news agency Ria, which Reuters reproduces.
He further says that Russia is not looking for any military confrontation with any NATO country.
- Is the military bloc ready for an open conflict with Russia? You can ask the NATO countries about that, says Grushko.
